Those attending this course as a requirement for the Utility Assistance Program, please note, if there is a cut-off notice for your bill, NTC will put an emergency pledge on the account to keep your services from being disconnected, however the course must be completed for the utility bill to be paid. Pending Application will be sign-off immediately and processed after the course is completed.
